- Table based on body measurements.
- Measure around your Hips and Waist.
- Find the size that matches your measurements.
- If both measurements fit into one size, choose that size.
- If the two measurements fall into different sizes, select the bigger size.
- Consider your wearing preference. If you prefer wearing it on the hips, choose your size based on hip measurement. If you like to wear it on the waist, select the size based on waist measurement.
- Please note that this product is designed for a compress fit, ideal for competitions. If you prefer a looser fit for shorter or relaxed activities, we recommend selecting one size bigger.
