We understand most people don't match the sizes for all measurements we provide. Here’s how to select the best size for you.
Tips to choose the right size:
- Tighten the tape around the wider part of your hips.
- If your hip measurement falls in between 2 sizes, choose according to your preferences: a larger size for a loser fit, or a smaller size for a tighter fit.
- If your height measurement is 1 size bigger or smaller than the hip size, we suggest you select the size based on the hip measurement only.
- If your height measurement is 2 or more sizes bigger than the hip size, we suggest you select one size in between.

It carries all you need on your run in 4 stretchy and secure pockets all around your hip (Phone + nutrition + water + keys + glasses ?). It has reflective details for running safely at night.
As every runner has his preferences on underlining, we designed those shorts without a built-in liner, and we suggest wearing MUDE underpants specially designed for active and performance use.
