We understand most people don't match the sizes for all measurements we provide. Here’s how to select the best size for you.
Tips to choose the right size:
- Tighten the tape around the wider part of your hips.
- If your hip measurement falls in between 2 sizes, choose according to your preferences: a larger size for a loser fit, or a smaller size for a tighter fit.
- If your height measurement is 1 size bigger or smaller than the hip size, we suggest you select the size based on the hip measurement only.
- If your height measurement is 2 or more sizes bigger than the hip size, we suggest you select one size in between.

This model provides an inseam 14cm anti-chafing built-in liner. Its length ensures that the tight don?t pull up. Produced with our lightest low-compression spandex fabric.
