Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you are rethinking about your online order and you wish to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at +84 (0) 972 934 079 or via email to shop@mude-sports.com and we will cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
We do not accept any cancellation or modification once your order has been shipped.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment Visa, MasterCard & PayPal.
What currency is the site in?
All prices are displayed in US dollars.
When will my order arrive?
Normally it will take between 7 to 14 working days depending on your location. As soon as your order is ready (production takes about 3 to 5 days), we will send you an International Shipping track link where you can follow up your order and estimate the delivery date.
How much is the delivery fee?
It will depend on destination and volume, as stated in the online store.
What if my order doesn’t reach me?
If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please send us an email to shop@mude-sports.com. In case it’s been lost by the courier, MUDE will send you a new order without additional cost.
1. Design
We will need the logos, names, numbers (if any) & a detailed inquiry from your side, and our design team will work on a personalized proposal.
Once your design is finished, we will send you the first proposal together with the quotation. We will work together until we finalize the last details.
Our design services to develop your sports outfits are free of charge.
How many logos can I have in my design?
Our strength lies in sublimation. Think of a blank canvas for any of our garments. You can put as many logos as you want, a high resolution picture… anything you can think of.
Can I request for a specific color?
Based on digital printing, we can print any color you like. For garments made on dyed fabric, special colors are subject to a minimum order.
Can I provide my own design?
Yes, of course. You can send us your design and we will work with that.
2. Orders
Once the final design is done, you will be able to place your order.
We will need a down payment before we produce & deliver your outfits.
We highly recommend you to review our sizing guides. We provide fully customized and personalized outfits in the size range of 7XS up to 5XL upwards from 1 unit.
Upon request, we can send you a quick sample.
What is the minimum quantity amount I can order?
The minimum quantity amount is 1 unit.
Can I order mixed sizes?
Sure, no problem. From 7XS to 5XL, it’s up to you.
Do you provide us with a sample?
Renders printed on fabric are free of charge. Physical ready-made samples are chargeable.
3. Delivery
After the order confirmation and once the deposit payment is done, we will start the production of your order.
Production generally takes around 3 to 4 weeks. Orders over 200 units however take 4 to 5 weeks.
How much is the delivery?
Delivery costs depend on the quantity and destination. We’ll provide a quotation in every order.
Is delivery time guaranteed?
We will confirm delivery date at time of deposit payment.
How do I make a return purchased in the online shop?
To return your purchased products, please read our warranty & return policy.
Garment purchased through our online shop can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the garment was in bad condition.
If that’s the case, please send an email to shop@mude-sports.com with pictures of the garments and a description of the issue and we’ll provide further instruction on how to proceed with the return.
How do I choose my size?
To make sure that the product fits you nicely, we created some instructions specifically for each product. Below the product description, you’ll find the instructions and the size guides on each of our product pages to assist you with finding the perfect size.
What if I’m on the border between two sizes?
If you are on the border between two sizes, choose one size or another depending on its purpose. For body fit items like trisuits, we suggest you select the smaller size. For the rest of the products select one or another depending on if you feel better with fitted items or wider clothes.
